Who should attend?
Dual language teams seeking to implement new dual language programs and/or strengthen their existing models.
Schools and/or district teams of 3-5 participants (i.e., principals, APs, coaches, program coordinators, assistant superintendents, teacher leaders, and parent leaders)
What will you learn?
Teams will:
Learn alongside and build a network with other inspiring Dual Language champions across the country
Deeply understand the LEAD-Eres Dual Language Framework, conduct a team assessment to identify strengths and growth areas within the framework domains, and draft strategic plans for continued development.
Session format
Option 1: (Virtual) One week, five half-day learning sessions
Option 2: (In-person) 3 full-day sessions
