“The Canizales Group has the capacity to connect with us and our community very fast due to our shared affinity as Latina leaders. We felt comfortable being ourselves and learning from their modeling, coaching, and holistic way of work. My learning is productive because they ask lots of questions, listen to us and we make decisions together to improve our schools.”
